Ritu Sethi
A pioneering lawyer, Ritu created her own legal practice in 1994. The Sethi Partnership, which she still owns and runs, was the first IiP accredited legal practice. In 1998, she developed Sethi Solicitors Property Centre - one of the first practices to offer the services of solicitors, estate agents and financial services under one roof.
Sacha Romanovitch
Sacha is the HR Leader on the National Leadership Board of Grant Thornton - an appointment that was itself a first for the accountancy firm. In a double first, she was appointed while on maternity leave! She has mentored internal candidates to partnership level and is, according to the firm`s CEO, "an inspiration to many."
